We suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment is set to begin. If you are a first time client this will give you time to complete a profile prior to your service. We try our best to have treatments start at there scheduled time.
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will have their service time cut short so that we do not fall behind schedule. It would be unfair to the other clients who come on time for their appointment. If you arrive late, you are still responsible for full service fees.
Any treatment over $200 will have put down a 20% deposit. Spa services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To reserve any spa services, we require a credit card or gift certificate number. For parties of five and larger, a 20% managing & gratuity fee will be added to the regular service price.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy:
We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. However, this is not cheap and good people are hard to find. When you reserve time with us, we always guarantee your appointment and the full service length. If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue.
But, we’re reasonable. We understand that things “come up.” Therefore, we only charge 50% of the services that would have been rendered and only if we cannot find another client to fill your slot. However, if you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, a full fee is charged to your credit card for missed appointments that are reschedule or canceled less than 24 hours or 48 hours on spa packages. This is why we require a credit card from you to guarantee your reservation.
We will exchange any defective products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. You may like these so much that you wish to use them everyday in your own home! Our skin and body care lines are mostly organic and therefore subject to variability in harvest, temperature, and other conditions. These products are also based upon medical research and therefore may be subject to variability during the manufacturing processes. If you ever experience any problems with pumps or other sub-optimal reactions to spa products you’ve purchased, please bring them back within 14 days of purchase and we will exchange them for you for other products or spa credit of equal value.
Gratuities are accepted for exceptional services. The average gratuity for a spa service is 18% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.
Gift Certificate Policies:
Gift Certificate Returns: Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be returned or surrendered for cash.
ALL Gift Certificates must be mentioned and approved prior making your appointment.
Series Of Treatments Return Policy:
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our spa series of treatment that was purchased. We will exchange them for you for other products or spa credit of equal value.
We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us.
To guaranty a relaxing visit for all Metamorphosis guests, we ask that you please mute pagers and cell phones during your visit with us.
Spa specials can not be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.
Refund Policy for Products Purchased in Our Stores
Products purchased in our stores can be exchanged within 15 days when accompanied with a receipt. We do not issue refunds. Products must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging. There are no returns or exchanges on opened personal products.
